Nordic Aqua Handles

The set consists of two ergonomically shaped Nordic walking handles that are firmly connected to flow-dynamic plastic funnels. Nordic Aqua Handles enable typical movement sequences as in Nordic walking and classic cross-country skiing as well as a similar strain on the upper body and arms as in Nordic sports. By simply gripping the handles in the foremost position with the adjustable hand straps, the funnels point exactly to the correct starting position for pole use. The flow-dynamic plastic funnels generate more water resistance in one direction and less in the opposite direction. The ideal training device for Nordic walking in standing water, Nordic jogging in deep water or Nordic aqua fitness in standing water. Versatile use in spas, swimming pools, lakes and even in the sea.
