TOGU Powerball ABS, Ø 65 cm, silber

An air-filled and burst-proof ball made from Crylon. The material is odourless, latex-free, very resilient up to 500 kg (guaranteed burst resistance up to 90 kg if the outer skin is damaged) and made of 100% recyclable plastic. The ball strengthens the abdominal, back and whole body muscles through safe, effective and dynamic back and stability training. It can train the back muscles by sitting upright and moving. While sitting on the ball, the body automatically adopts an upright posture to prevent falling off the ball. At the same time, the pelvic, abdominal and back muscles are used involuntarily to balance the ball while seated. The product packaging includes instructions with specific exercise suggestions.

If the ball is damaged by objects such as sharp edges, needles, glass splinters, scissors, etc., the material of the ball skin prevents it from tearing open abruptly. The air only escapes slowly through the hole. Bursting is impossible and injuries due to an unexpected fall are avoided.

Due to the special anti-burst material, the shape of the ball can change during use. This has no influence on the effect while sitting or the movement sequence during exercises. It is the dynamics and the safety system of the ball that are decisive, not its circular shape. Approximately ten minutes after leaving the ABS® ball, the ball regains its round shape due to the resilience of the material. Due to the packaging, an ABS® ball still has some wrinkles after inflation. Due to the special safety material, these creases may also be permanently visible on an inflated ABS® ball. This does not affect the functionality or safety in any way.
