With the TOGU® Balanza® - Made in Germany - a full body workout can be performed on several levels. Underneath the specially developed plate is an extremely robust air-filled ball, which additionally stimulates the stabilizing muscle groups of all joints down to the deepest level due to the dynamic instability. In contrast to the conventional therapy gyroscope, the standing surface is floating due to the special construction. This allows a multidimensional displacement during the training. Suitable for stabilization and coordination exercises while standing with or without additional equipment. In addition, the side handles allow excellent implementation of whole-body stabilization exercises in support.
