Description
The softX® coordination seesaw increases the difficulty of the exercises with the Balance-pad. The additional rocking movements strengthen the destabilising properties of the Balance-pad, which increases the training effect. The AIREX® Balance-pad and AIREX® Balance-pad Elite can easily be placed on the seesaw. The raised edges on the side ensure that the pad does not slip off the coordination seesaw during use. Of course, the seesaw can be used for exercises without the Balance-pad. Delivery without AIREX® Balance-pad.
