RAKTOR reactive dumbbells

RAKTOR are reactive dumbbells that are adapted to the human anatomy and can be individually dosed and filled. The micro quartz beads inside the dumbbells trigger a very special impulse with every arm movement. The variable filling covers all performance ranges, from beginners to professional athletes. Weight: 550 g per piece for beginners, 900 g per piece for advanced athletes. The natural swing of the arm causes the microbeads to fling from side to side. At the end of the curved shape, the desired, noticeable and audible impulses are produced. Force impulses are produced which cause the muscles surrounding the joints to reflexively pre-tension. Basic body made of transparent polycarbonate, hand ergonomically shaped, 26 cm long with rubberised grip surface. Hand straps made of waterproof and washable neoprene.
