The PROGYM home fitness set is equipped with all the basic products for effective fitness, cardio and strength training. The PROGYM gymnastics mat is perfect for gymnastics, yoga and fitness exercises of all kinds thanks to its dimensional stability, cushioning properties and non-slip underside. The rope skipping jump rope can be adjusted to any body size and promotes endurance. The special feature of the PROGYM Anti-Burst exercise ball is its very high load capacity of up to 300 kg. Should the ball be damaged, the air only escapes slowly from the very elastic and durable plastic. The cast iron kettlebells and the two vinyl dumbbells can be used for a variety of exercises to strengthen different muscle groups.
