Description

With the PROGYM Fitness Set you get the perfect starter package for light fitness training at home. The set is specially designed for cardio training, muscle building of the arms and shoulders and fitness exercises with light weights. The 0.5 kg progym fist dumbbells are made of cast iron with a protective vinyl cover. The 1.0 kg pair of fist dumbbells has an improved grip due to the neoprene cover, which ensures a safe workout even with sweaty hands. A very effective workout of the shoulder and arm muscles can be achieved with the fitness tube expander from progym . With its light traction, it is perfect for beginner training.
