The hexagonal dumbbell sets can be used in a variety of ways in fitness and strength training. With the available weight classes of 1-10, 7.5-20, 22.5-30 and 32.5 to 40 kg, the intensity can be adapted to the individual training. The high-quality dumbbells with iron core and rubber coating protect the flooring from damage. The ergonomically shaped steel handle is chrome-plated and provides an optimal grip due to the ribbed surface.
